Payments are collected in advance for the selected subscription period. We use secure third-party payment gateways (CCAvenue) to process your payments. The News You Like does not store your credit/debit card or net banking credentials.

4. Delivery & Shipment Policy

Hard copies of the magazine will be dispatched via registered post or reputed private couriers. Digital access (if applicable) will be granted immediately upon successful payment verification. Physical delivery timelines are subject to courier schedules and location accessibility.

5. Intellectual Property

All content published by The News You Like, including text, images, and logos, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Reproduction without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

7. Limitation of Liability

The News You Like shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including delays in postal delivery beyond our control.
