Refund & Cancellation
1. Cancellation Policy
Subscriptions can be cancelled within 7 days of the initial payment. To request a cancellation, please email us at thenewscoordinator@gmail.com with your Order ID and mobile number.
2. Refund Policy
If a cancellation request is approved within the 7-day window, a full refund will be processed (minus any payment gateway processing fees if applicable). After 7 days, refunds are generally not provided, but we may offer pro-rata credits at our discretion.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, or Bank Account used during transaction) within 10-15 working days. You will receive an email notification once the refund is initiated.
4. Shipment & Delivery Policy
We pride ourselves on timely delivery of our magazine issues. Please note the following:
- Dispatch Timeline: Magazine issues are dispatched within 3-5 working days of publication.
- Delivery Time: Depending on your location, please allow 7-10 working days for the physical copy to reach your registered address via post/courier.
- Shipping Charges: Subscription prices are inclusive of shipping and handling charges across India unless specified otherwise.
- Address Changes: To ensure uninterrupted delivery, please notify us of any address changes at least 15 days before the next issue month.
5. Damaged or Missing Issues
If you receive a damaged copy or an issue goes missing in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of expected delivery. We will verify and arrange for a replacement copy to be sent at no extra cost.
